• Solid Works 2008 x64, Inventor 2008, AutoCAD 2009, CATIA V5 R18, UGNX 5.0, Ansys Workbench v11.0
• Electrical Design: RSD Designer 7.0, Mentor Graphics DX Designer, PowerPcb/Powerlogic 5.0, ORCAD 10.0, P-CAD, Altium Designer 6, and CADAM.
• Microsoft Office 2007 – MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Project, MS Access, MS Publisher, Framemaker, Paint Shop Pro, Adobe Acrobat 9, Lotus Notes, Omnify, PDM, EMatrix

• Extensive experience with space hardware, flight systems packaging integration management.
• Dealt with complex small/large assembly management, optical assemblies, molded plastics, and sheet-metal enclosures designs, castings and complex part surfacing, heat and fluid transfer assemblies.
• Dimension drawing per ANSI Y.14.5, ASME Y14.100, DOD-Stds, MIL-STDS, Applied Geometric Tolerancing (GDT) Certification, ASME and DOD Mil-Spec Standards.
• Design and manage system engineering level of drawings, system schematics, and cabling, wiring harnesses, PCB boards, schematics and gerber creation.
• Worked with various metals and designed plastic extrusions, designed optics assemblies.
• Applied appropriate finishes and plating for steel, copper. Quartz and aluminum alloys.
• Expertise in PC software and hardware configuration and administration, CAD file translation.
• Excellent communications, project organization and management of project status presentations and release schedules implementation.

• Dimension per ANSI Y.14.5, MIL-STDS, Applied Geometric Tolerancing (GDT) Certification, ASME and DOD-100 Standards, provide tolerance analysis as necessary and cost reduction methodology
• Expertise in computer Intralink & Pro/PDM file database management, system file library administration, computer hardware, software configurations and graphics file translation between all CAD packages.
